Key Objectives

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and performance analytics frameworks
• Inform strategic decision-making and accelerate business growth

• Drive the organization from reactive reporting to forward-looking analysis

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans, including annual budgets and rolling forecasts to support strategic decision-making
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to evaluate past performance, track KPIs, and identify trends or inefficiencies
• Incorporate non-financial metrics such as safety performance and environmental compliance costs into KPI dashboards and performance reports to drive resource optimization and operational efficiency
• Build financial models for scenario planning, risk assessment, and financial impact analysis, including potential costs related to regulatory changes, compliance fines, or significant safety and environmental incidents
• Provide strategic support for investment decisions, capital allocation, and long-term planning using data-driven insights
• Partner with operations and cross-functional teams to drive cost efficiency, optimize resources, and streamline processes
• Optimize resource allocation to maximize value generation and identify opportunities for cost reduction
