Manager, Financial Intermediation and Tax Management

Position Overview

International Energy Services Limited (IESL) is expanding its dynamic team and seeking a seasoned financial professional with expertise in tax management and financial intermediation. As a Manager, you will oversee financial transactions, engage in financial intermediation with banks and financial institutions, and drive tax management strategies to optimize financial performance. You'll work collaboratively with senior management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to grow the business while minimizing tax liabilities.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial intermediation strategies to achieve business objectives
• Manage tax planning, compliance, and reporting for the organization
• Oversee financial transactions, including investments, funding, and risk management
• Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, auditors, and tax authorities on financial and tax matters
• Provide guidance and training to team members on financial intermediation and tax management
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws, regulations, and industry trends
• Leverage data analytics to inform financial decision-making and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key financial metrics and tax compliance
• Collaborate with data analytics teams to design and implement data-driven solutions for financial intermediation and management
• Use data visualization tools to present complex financial data to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's Degree preferred
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CFA) a plus
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial intermediation and tax management
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and software
