We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business development initiatives in EPC, Transmission, Distribution, Metering, CNG, and Solar/Renewable Energy sectors.
  • Identify, develop, and secure new project opportunities aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with officials at the Power Ministry, TCN, DISCOs, and REA.
  • Lead tender preparation, proposal development, and contract negotiations for government and private sector projects.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business leads and track emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal technical, engineering, and finance teams to ensure successful project bidding and delivery.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings, promoting business visibility and brand reputation.
  • Maintain detailed records of leads, proposals, and client interactions in CRM or internal systems.
  • Provide regular reports to management on business performance, pipeline status, and competitor analysis.
Preferred Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills within the Nigerian power and energy ecosystem.
  • Deep understanding of EPC project lifecycles, government contracting processes, and tender procedures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
