Key Responsibilities

• Guide, motivate, and build high-performing teams, coordinating their efforts efficiently
• Manage staff and oversee day-to-day office operations
• Effectively manage resources, including inventory and project schedules
• Drive sales growth and expand market presence
• Maintain clear, concise communication with internal teams, clients, vendors, and management through written and verbal channels
• Translate technical solar terminology into layman's terms for various audiences
• Juggle multiple responsibilities including schedules, inventory, and facility maintenance
• Prioritize tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-4 years of professional experience
• Solar industry experience with understanding of solar photovoltaic (PV) and solar thermal systems, including design, installation, and operation
• Solid grasp of electrical circuits, energy storage, and the mechanics of support structures
