Management Accountant at Sweet Sensation

About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and analytical Management Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide data-driven financial insights, prepare budgets and forecasts, and support strategic decision-making to enhance business performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Monitor and control costs, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements
• Conduct variance and profitability analysis across products and departments
• Develop financial models to support strategic and investment decisions
• Collaborate with department heads on performance targets and cost optimization
• Provide actionable insights to management to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACA/ACCA or CMA preferred)
• Proven experience in management accounting or financial analysis
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and use of ERP systems (ERPNEXT is a plus)
• Excellent Excel skills and sound knowledge of IFRS
