Maintenance Service Engineer (Solar Inverter + EVCS + Portable Power Station） at Growatt New Energy

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues with inverters and boards to ensure normal product functionality
• Provide customer assistance during installation, commissioning, and training processes
• Deliver on-site technical support when required
• Collaborate with the technical service team to resolve complex technical problems and support fault resolution efforts
• Conduct statistics and classification of spare parts inventory
• Support warehouse management and provide regular reports to headquarters as needed

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the power electronics industry
• Experience in maintaining PV inverters (highly desirable)
• Proficient spoken English for effective communication with customers and team members
• Familiarity with electronic components and ability to identify and resolve electrical and electronic issues
• Excellent welding, component testing, and cable routing skills
• Ability to prepare and complete maintenance reports and records accurately
