This vacancy presents a chance to join a leading organization. Key Responsibilities:

Corrective Maintenance: Diagnose and repair issues in guest rooms, public areas, and facilities (lights, furniture, plumbing, AC, etc.).

Preventative Maintenance: Implement regular checks and servicing for HVAC, generators, water systems, and other equipment to prevent breakdowns.

Guest & Staff Support: Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests and emergencies.

Facility Upkeep: Oversee interior/exterior appearance, including painting, grounds, and cleaning.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and fire regulations, use PPE, and report hazards.

Inventory & Reporting: Manage maintenance supplies and keep detailed logs of activities and repairs.

Requirements:

Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 3 - 5 years work experience.
