Maintenance Officer at Class Suites Hotels & Apartments

About the Position

We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Maintenance Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our buildings, grounds, equipment, and facilities to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular site visits to inspect buildings and grounds, identifying potential issues and assessing repair needs
• Handle minor repairs including painting, tiling, plastering, carpentry, plumbing, and landscaping
• Liaise with external contractors to ensure repairs and servicing are completed to satisfactory standards and within budget
• Adhere to and manage preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities to prevent malfunctions
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promptly report any safety hazards or issues
• Maintain accurate logs and records of maintenance activities using asset management software to track work orders and inventory
• Undertake general grounds maintenance including mowing, weeding, watering, and keeping car parks and entrances clear and safe
• Conduct routine repairs and maintenance on facilities, grounds, equipment, and plant infrastructure
