LPG Plant Supervisor at Rainoil Limited

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified candidate to oversee the management, operation, and safety of our LPG Gas Plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing all plant operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and driving business profitability through effective team leadership and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all LPG Gas Plant operations and manage staff-related matters
• Maintain excellent operational standards and drive sales and profitability through effective deployment and development of LPG cashiers and operators within approved budgets
• Ensure proper discharge procedures for products and implement controls to minimize fraud
• Facilitate daily stock requests from the LPG terminal
• Implement measures to ensure seamless and safe receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of products
• Conduct regular facility inspections and maintain high HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards; implement maintenance controls and measures
• Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to guide LPG offerings
• Report LPG sales and financial results to the LPG Coordinator
• Monitor and evaluate plant operational and marketing results; develop interventions to promote business development and growth
• Evaluate daily LPG sales and lodgements
• Compile and analyze periodic sales records and consolidate reports for the LPG Coordinator
• Manage all technical aspects of LPG plant operations, including the storage facility

Requirements

• Minimum of Second-Class Upper (B.Sc) or HND Upper Credit in Engineering
• 1 – 4 years of relevant experience
• Honesty, commitment, strong work ethic, and self-motivation
