A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly smile and professional attitude.
- Manage guest reservations, seating, and waiting lists.
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable.
- Communicate with kitchen and service staff to coordinate guest flow.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable hostess/reception area.
- Provide basic information about the menu, promotions, or services.
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc Degree or relevant experience in hospitality.
- Must be based in kubwa/dutse or surrounding areas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good grooming, confidence, and professional appearance.
- Previous experience as a Hostess is an advantage.
