Logistics Officer at Smileville Ortho-Dental Ltd

About the Role

We're looking for a Logistics Officer to join our Business Operations team at Smileville Ortho-Dental Ltd. You'll ensure the efficient movement, storage, and timely delivery of dental, orthodontic, and laboratory supplies while maintaining a professional and organized office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily dispatch and delivery of products to clients and clinics
• Ensure proper packaging, documentation, and delivery confirmation
• Maintain accurate delivery records and stock movement logs
• Coordinate with clients, drivers, and internal teams for smooth operations
• Adhere to all safety and hygiene standards for medical supplies
• Provide front desk and administrative support, including welcoming visitors and managing documentation

Requirements

• ND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience (medical or FMCG logistics preferred)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting
• Dependable, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
