Logistics Manager- Lekki at Fastest Cakes

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Logistics Manager to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for planning deliveries and supervising drivers to ensure our cakes are delivered on time and in excellent condition.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor outgoing deliveries
• Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce costs
• Supervise logistics, transportation, and customer delivery operations
• Organize workspace, label goods, plot routes, and process shipments

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 2 years of work experience
• Reside in or around Lekki
• Computer literate with proficiency in ride-hailing apps (Uber, Bolt, etc.)
• Thorough knowledge of Lekki locations
• Sound knowledge of shipping processes and metrics
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Excellent teamwork and memorization abilities
• Ability to perform duties diligently under stressful situations
• Willingness to work some Sundays and holidays as needed
• Available to work from the office 23 days per month
