A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to optimize logistics operations and lead a dynamic fleet management team. As a Logistics Manager, you will oversee all aspects of fleet and logistics operations, ensuring safe, cost-efficient, and resilient delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize current logistics processes into safe, cost-efficient, and resilient strategies
• Ensure all fleet and logistics needs are met in terms of schedule feasibility for both short-term and long-term planning windows
• Manage the department on fleet and logistics issues, ensuring operations meet required resilience levels
• Build and maintain a robust fleet management and logistics team
• Optimize requirements from all stakeholders (internal and external)
• Maintain appropriate fleet levels for peak and off-peak seasons, coordinating changes ahead of each operational month
• Optimize fleet route planning and logistics movements
• Own all fleet and logistics operations, including reporting and stakeholder distribution
• Coordinate with third-party logistics partners for cargo options via air and land transport (within and outside Lagos)

Required Qualifications

• HND or B.Sc in a related field
• 3-4 years of experience managing a logistics team with a sizeable fleet
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Verifiable leadership skills
