About the Role

Fine Brothers Limited is seeking a qualified Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Lagos. This role is central to ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain and inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels, track inventory, and ensure timely replenishment to prevent stockouts or overstock situations
• Coordinate the processing, packing, and dispatch of company orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time completion
• Manage incoming and outgoing merchandise, verify contents against purchase orders, and maintain proper documentation
• Arrange efficient and cost-effective transportation for goods by road, air, or sea, and coordinate with carriers or delivery services
• Organize and oversee warehouse storage solutions, maintain order, and optimize space in cooperation with logistics and warehouse teams
• Use tracking systems and software to monitor shipments in transit and provide status updates to branch staff and departments
• Inspect goods for quality and damage before delivery and upon receipt, ensuring compliance with company standards
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and logistics activities, including invoices, delivery notes, and inventory logs
• Liaise with the procurement team to coordinate material and goods delivery, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery for production and sales needs
• Communicate with branch staff to address delivery inquiries, resolve issues, and provide order status updates
• Adhere to industry regulations and company policies, particularly when handling hazardous materials or controlled items
• Analyze logistics data to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and identify potential improvements
