Role Purpose

The Logistics Assistant will support procurement, transportation, and asset management processes to ensure efficient operations and program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in procurement planning and vendor management
• Track and record inventory, office supplies, and project materials
• Arrange logistics for staff travel, trainings, and community events
• Maintain records of goods received and distributed
• Support compliance with procurement and asset policies

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of OND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of logistics and procurement procedures
• Good interpersonal and teamwork abilities
• Experience in NGO or humanitarian logistics (added advantage)
