About Us

Motion Yield Nigeria Limited is a financial services company specializing in loan facilities for salary earners. We are seeking Sales and Marketing Officers to evaluate loan applications and serve as liaisons between customers and our financial institution.

Position Overview

In this role, you will help qualified applicants acquire loans in a timely manner while promoting our loan products to prospective clients. You will be responsible for assessing customer needs and guiding them through the loan acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source suitable prospects and market loan products
• Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and loan feasibility
• Communicate with clients to request or provide information
• Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
• Assess customer needs, explore available options, and introduce appropriate loan types
• Meet sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum of OND degree or BSc
• Previous experience as a Loan Officer (preferable but not compulsory)
• Solid understanding of direct and indirect lending products and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer satisfaction orientation and strong sales competencies
• Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment
