Loan Management Officer at Crescent MFB

Job Summary

Crescent MFB seeks a dedicated Loan Management Officer to oversee the complete loan cycle from disbursement to full recovery. In this role, you will ensure portfolio health, minimize default rates, and maintain accurate financial records while supporting the organization's lending operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Track loan performance and ensure timely repayment by borrowers
• Maintain accurate portfolio records and generate daily and weekly reports
• Follow up on overdue accounts and support recovery actions
• Reconcile loan accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Work closely with credit officers and internal audit teams

Requirements

• HND or BSc in any numerate discipline
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in microfinance loan management
• Strong understanding of loan systems and reconciliation processes
