The nurse will provide nursing care, treatment, and follow-up of patients according to doctors' prescriptions, protocols applied in the service, and universal hygiene standards and precautions. The goal is to ensure the quality and continuity of care for the targeted population.

Primary Duties

• Provide nursing care, treatment, and patient follow-up in accordance with medical prescriptions and established protocols
• Work closely with the medical team to provide holistic services to patients
• Assist during consultations, daily rounds, and other medical procedures
• Participate in health education for patients and families when necessary

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain universal hygiene standards and precautions, bio-hazard prevention, and infection control protocols in the medical premises
• Ensure high standards of hygiene in the working environment and enforce security rules and procedures
• Supervise nurse assistants and monitor patient care within the assigned unit
• Maintain accurate documentation of all procedures performed during shifts, including registration of new admissions and discharge of patient files
• Complete all relevant checklists and maintain proper handover documentation
• Maintain presence at duty station and coordinate with other team members
• Conduct Therapeutic Patient Education (TPE), maintaining contact with patients, providing health status information, and addressing medical questions
• Organize and carry out care and treatments according to medical prescriptions
• Identify Sexually Gender Based Violence victims and refer them to the medical team for necessary treatment
