Legal Support and Implementation Officer at Crown Interactive

About the Role

Crown Interactive is expanding its team and seeking a Legal and Implementation Officer to play a dual role in supporting our legal and compliance functions while ensuring smooth implementation of our enterprise, SaaS, and public sector software solutions.

In this position, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and translating legal and business requirements into practical implementation steps during project delivery. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure our solutions are not only effective but also legally sound, compliant, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Legal & Compliance

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, SLAs, and partnership agreements
• Ensure all company operations and projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and data protection policies
• Advise management and project teams on legal risks and mitigation strategies
• Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies when necessary
• Maintain and update internal legal documentation and compliance frameworks

Implementation & Consulting

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business and regulatory requirements during solution deployment
• Translate contractual obligations and compliance needs into actionable system configurations
• Support the delivery and implementation of enterprise software and SaaS solutions
• Conduct legal and compliance assessments as part of project delivery
• Work closely with product, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless rollout
