• PhD or equivalent qualification recognized by Federal University Oye-Ekiti
• Minimum of three (3) years experience as an Assistant Lecturer or Assistant Librarian at Federal University Oye-Ekiti or any other recognized university
• Admissible publications totaling not less than:
  • Fifteen (15) points for M.Sc. holders
  • Ten (10) points for Ph.D. holders
• Job Appraisal rating of not less than forty-five (45) points in the last two (2) appraisals
• LL.B Degree with at least Second-Class Lower Division, plus Bar Membership (BL), plus LL.M.
• Visibility on academic platforms (Google Scholar or ResearchGate) with citation count not less than 2
