Candidates must meet one of the following requirements:

Ph.D Degree in an appropriate discipline
Master's Degree in an appropriate discipline with three (3) years of teaching and research experience in a university, plus at least one (1) journal publication
At least two (2) years of experience as an Assistant Lecturer
M.Sc Degree plus professional registration
