• PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related discipline, OR
• Master's degree with a minimum of three (3) years of university teaching and/or research experience, plus evidence of scholarly output (minimum two (2) journal publications), OR
• A minimum of two (2) years of service as an Assistant Lecturer with satisfactory teaching and research evidence
