• Minimum three (3) years experience as an Assistant Lecturer or Assistant Librarian at Federal University Oye-Ekiti or any other recognized university
• Admissible publication totaling:
  • Not less than fifteen (15) points for M.Sc. holders
  • Not less than ten (10) points for Ph.D. holders
• Minimum citation of two (2) with at least forty-five (45) points in Job Appraisal
• LL.B Degree with at least Second-Class Lower Division, plus BL qualification, plus LL.M
