Leasing & Logistics Manager

Position Overview

This role is responsible for managing the leasing and logistics businesses of the company. It involves the development and implementation of policies and procedures that ensure the effective and efficient operation of these business units.

The successful candidate will research, develop, and implement leasing and logistics sales and growth plans while supporting strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager of Mobility to develop and achieve leasing and logistics business objectives
• Develop and implement annual strategic business plans for leasing and logistics businesses
• Identify business opportunities by researching and analyzing existing and potential customer needs
• Develop and deploy customized leasing products and services specific to customers' needs
• Ensure efficient and effective management of vehicles, including maintenance, scheduling, and record-keeping
• Liaise with GM Mobility to set revenue targets and KPIs for leasing and logistics teams to effectively manage business activities
• Develop and execute marketing plans for attracting new customers and retaining existing ones
• Ensure the development and implementation of business and operations strategies
• Develop proposals and quotations for existing and prospective customers
• Leverage an established portfolio of leasing customers for business development and conversion
• Analyze trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information to improve business performance
• Participate in trade shows and conventions to showcase products and services
• Provide regular performance reports to GM Mobility on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new and existing products and services
• Organize interactive sessions for existing, prospective, and potential clients to drive engagement and build confidence in leasing and logistics offerings
