## Title: Learning Management Systems (LMS) Manager

Job Summary

Join our team and play a pivotal role in driving innovation and impact in learning delivery. We are seeking an agile, tech-savvy professional experienced in Learning Management Systems (LMS) to manage and enhance our learning platform.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and continuously improve the LMS platform
Support curriculum design and assessment development
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Lead projects and deliver high-quality reports

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Education, or related field (preferred)
Minimum of 6+ years' experience in banking, education, or Learning & Development (L&D)
Proven expertise in stakeholder management and LMS systems
