Requirements

• B.Sc. in Estate Management, Land Surveying, Urban Planning, or related field
• 5+ years of proven experience in land acquisition or real estate
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Good knowledge of land laws and documentation processes in Nigeria
