Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and recommend suitable lands for development
• Negotiate with landowners, families, and community leaders to secure acquisition deals
• Conduct due diligence and title verification to ensure property legitimacy
• Manage proper documentation and legal processes for all acquisitions
• Liaise with government agencies to obtain necessary approvals and ensure regulatory compliance
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth acquisition processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Estate Management, Land Surveying, Urban Planning, or related field
• 5+ years of proven experience in land acquisition or real estate development
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian land laws and documentation processes
