Job Summary

Petcare Animal Hospital is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Records & Data Entry Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing laboratory records, entering data accurately, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting the smooth operation of our veterinary laboratory.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input laboratory results and patient information into the hospital database
• Maintain organized and up-to-date lab records and files
• Ensure proper labeling and documentation of samples
• Assist laboratory staff with administrative tasks
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness before submission
• Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and client data at all times
• Support overall efficiency and workflow in the laboratory and diagnostics department

Qualifications

• Minimum of an OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree in a relevant field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and data entry tools)
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate, proactive, and willing to learn
