## Title: Key Account Sales Manager

Job Summary

The Key Account Sales Manager is responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining long-term relationships with clients, and maximizing sales opportunities. This position requires an innovative and proactive approach to research, propose, and sell services while responding effectively to client queries. Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and develop existing client relationships while generating new business opportunities
  • Develop, penetrate, and maintain relationships with key decision makers at existing accounts through regular planned contact
  • Meet and exceed yearly sales targets
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of unique purchasing and sourcing processes to formulate strategic account penetration plans
  • Analyze customer needs and identify product solutions aligned with client needs, desires, and budgets
  • Search for new clients and create prospect databases that maximize customer potential in designated regions
  • Play an integral role in new business pitches and oversee effective onboarding of new clients
  • Write business plans for current and opportunity tender business
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers and act as the key interface between customers and all relevant divisions
  • Manage and interpret customer requirements by speaking with clients to understand, anticipate, and meet their needs
  • Negotiate tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs
  • Administer client accounts and maintain client contact data
  • Analyze costs and sales performance

Required Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Science
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
