We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Position Overview:
  • The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing strategic corporate accounts for Speedaf Express Nigeria. The role focuses on revenue growth, client retention, and service excellence across express logistics solutions, working closely with operations to deliver seamless service to high-value customers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow assigned key accounts across express logistics services
  • Develop strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key account escalations and service issues
  • Coordinate with operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure SLA compliance
  • Monitor account performance and prepare regular sales and account reports
  • Retain existing clients while onboarding new strategic accounts
Requirements: & Qualifications
  • HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in key account management or B2B sales
  • Proven experience in express logistics/courier services
  • Prior experience working with E-commerce, Fintech, or Banking clients is required
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
