## Title: Key Account Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving product uptake, managing relationships with major partners, and supporting the rapid adoption of our soon-to-be-registered LAC NMN product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor and evaluate partner performance to ensure achievement of business objectives
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and grievances promptly and effectively
  • Plan, organize, and execute marketing activities, campaigns, and events to boost product uptake
  • Conduct detailed market analysis to identify sales opportunities and optimize strategies
  • Deliver clear and compelling product detailing to healthcare professionals and key decision-makers to drive product adoption
  • Provide timely, accurate product and service information to customers and partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure seamless execution of account plans

Requirements

  • B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
  • Prior experience in B2B/B2C pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG sales (preferred)
