Junior & Senior Biomedical Technician at Quantum Medical Solutions (OMS),

Position Overview

We are seeking passionate, skilled, and motivated individuals to join our dynamic team. As a Biomedical Technician, you will be on the front lines of maintaining and repairing critical medical equipment. Your role is crucial in minimizing equipment downtime and ensuring optimal performance for our healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on servicing, including corrective and preventive maintenance, on a wide range of critical biomedical equipment
• Respond to and resolve equipment breakdowns promptly to ensure minimal disruption to clinical operations
• Execute all scheduled preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks efficiently and to the highest quality standards
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all maintenance activities, including service reports and parts usage
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Adhere to all company safety protocols and regulatory standards

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field
• 1 - 3 years of hands-on experience in servicing biomedical equipment
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
