About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Junior Civil Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical supervisory support to the project engineer and interpret construction drawings for execution of project works
• Manage labour and artisan workforce on site, ensuring productivity and compliance with project requirements
• Prepare work projections, track progress against planned programs, and develop lookahead plans
• Supervise work to ensure conformance with quality baselines, engineering standards, and QA/QC procedures
• Attend stakeholder meetings, take notes, prepare timely reports, and translate discussions into actionable plans

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering
• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Relevant professional certifications
