About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Junior Electrical Engineer to join our team. You will be an integral part of a problem-solving team using cutting-edge innovation to design, implement, and maintain electrical systems and energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Discuss existing or potential energy engineering projects and products with engineers, customers, and stakeholders
• Install and maintain energy IoT devices as required
• Design, implement, maintain, and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes
• Direct and coordinate installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements
• Perform detailed calculations to compute installation standards and specifications
• Inspect completed installations and observe operations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards
• Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications, layouts of electrical systems, and topographical maps to ensure installation and operations meet required standards
• Assist in providing training materials for customers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Understanding of electrical engineering principles, circuits, and systems
• Understanding and passion for electrical energy, power production, energy consumption, energy efficiency, and technology solutions for energy and climate change matters
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug electrical systems
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in using simulation and modeling tools for electrical systems
