Junior Data Analyst

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Position Overview:

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and meticulous Junior Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making by analyzing transactional, customer, and operational data across fintech channels such as payments, POS, cards, mobile banking, Merchant acquiring and agency banking. 

• The ideal candidate will focus on data accuracy, reporting, dashboarding, and insight generation to improve performance, revenue, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:   Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze transaction data across POS, cards, mobile, transfers, and agency banking channels.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and management reports.

Dashboards & Business Intelligence

• Develop and maintain dashboards using Excel and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Support visualization of trends, variances, and performance gaps.

Data Quality & Validation

• Perform data cleaning, validation, and consistency checks.

• Support reconciliation between transaction reports, settlement files, and internal records.

Business & Operational Support

• Support product, operations, risk, and finance teams with data requests.

• Assist in customer segmentation, agent performance, and channel usage analysis.

Continuous Improvement

• Document data sources, definitions, and reporting logic.

• Support automation of recurring reports and analysis.

Requirements: /Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field

• Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in a data analysis, reporting, or analytics

• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or digital financial services is an advantage

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, PivotTables, charts)

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset

Salary 300k -350k
