Junior Content and Training Associate

Role Summary

The Junior Content & Training Associate is an execution-focused role responsible for capturing, editing, and organizing short-form video content for DreamLife Studios clients and KWS Media Academy. You will work under clear briefs, defined timelines, and close supervision. Growth in this role is earned through consistency and output quality.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Editing

• Shoot high-quality short-form videos using a smartphone (reels, behind-the-scenes content, short clips)
• Edit videos primarily using Premiere Pro or CapCut
• Prepare clean, usable content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts

Content & Training Support

• Capture photos and videos during training sessions, workshops, and events
• Assist in documenting classes and academy activities
• Organize media files and folders according to internal systems

Execution & Team Collaboration

• Follow briefs, schedules, and deadlines strictly
• Work closely with the Marketing Team Lead and Programs team
• Accept feedback, corrections, and revisions constructively
• Improve output quality over time through repetition and guidance

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation or media support
• Strong ability to shoot clean, stable videos with a smartphone
• Solid editing skills using CapCut (mandatory)
• Basic Premiere Pro knowledge (advantageous)
• Good eye for framing, lighting, and simple storytelling
• Reliable, teachable, and consistent work ethic
• Comfortable working in a structured, supervised team environment

Compensation & Career Growth

Salary: ₦80,000 – ₦130,000 monthly (based on demonstrated skill and output quality)

Probation & Review: 3-month probation period with performance review upon completion
