Junior Associate - Lawyer at Quest Employment

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos. The Junior Associate will assist Senior Associates in handling complex legal matters, prepare legal documentation, represent clients in court proceedings, and provide strategic legal advice to support the firm's ongoing success in achieving favorable outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Associates in handling complex legal matters

• Manage multiple high-stakes cases under tight deadlines
• Provide mentorship to junior associates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B)
• Call to the Nigerian Bar (BL)
• Minimum of 4 years of post-call legal experience, with a focus on dispute resolution or similar practice areas
• Deep understanding of Nigerian law with demonstrated ability to apply legal concepts effectively

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: N600,000 - N700,000 monthly
