Responsibilities

• Assign tasks and duties to janitorial team members
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance and feedback
• Inspect premises regularly to ensure tasks are properly completed
• Respond to any janitorial emergencies
• Manage cleaning supplies stock and place orders when necessary
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Train team members in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
• Address complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc qualification
• 2 - 10 years of relevant work experience
