About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Alliance Hospital and Services in Lagos as an IVF Nurse, providing expert nursing care within our fertility treatment services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert nursing care to patients undergoing assisted reproductive treatments (ART)
• Assist fertility specialists in egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and other IVF procedures
• Prepare and educate patients for treatment cycles
• Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and ensure accurate clinical documentation
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, infection control, and patient safety
• Offer emotional and psychological support to couples throughout their fertility journey

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Midwife (RM) with a valid license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria
• Certification or formal training in IVF, Embryology, or Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART)
• Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in a recognized IVF or Fertility Centre
• Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in patient counselling and fertility protocols (advantageous)

Compensation

N230,000 - N250,000 per month
