About the Role

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot clients' problems with high-quality solutions
• Set up hardware and install software on computers and networks
• Manage software across computers and networks
• Install, configure, and maintain well-functioning LAN/WAN and other networks
• Manage network components including servers and IP addresses
• Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and photocopiers
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
• Maintain and repair technological equipment
• Run machines to test parts functioning
• Perform regular system upgrades
• Manage and implement security solutions
• Ensure privacy and data protection compliance
• Manage tool kits, supplies, and maintain accurate inventory
• Create and maintain records of repairs and fixes
• Complete invoices and expense reports on time
• Train and collaborate with other team members
