About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our IT support team. You will provide technical assistance to our organization, ensuring systems run smoothly and employees have the support they need.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Respond to helpdesk tickets, phone calls, and emails in a timely manner
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot system and network problems
• Set up user accounts and manage access permissions
• Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory
• Perform routine system updates and backups
• Support remote users via remote desktop tools
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when necessary
• Ensure security protocols and data protection policies are followed

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience in IT support or technical helpdesk role
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common business software
• Basic understanding of networking (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP)
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications)
• Experience with ticketing systems
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
• Experience supporting remote or hybrid environments
