## Title: IT Sales Manager
About the Role
An established company is recruiting for an IT Sales Manager to drive business growth through strategic customer engagement and sales excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and build strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Present IT products and services, demonstrate features, answer client questions, and explain how solutions address customer problems
- Prospect for new business opportunities, conduct cold calling activities, and stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
- Negotiate prices and terms, prepare sales agreements, and close sales to meet established targets
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets, prepare and present sales performance reports, and analyze sales data
- Work closely with marketing teams to coordinate sales efforts and collaborate with colleagues across different departments
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities, manage client databases, and track sales performance metrics
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in sales, business, or related field
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the IT sector
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and sales reporting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
