Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Sales Executive to join our team. The IT Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and relationship building with clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the IT industry
- Plan and ensure achievement of divisional and personal targets, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth
- Develop, maintain, and execute a territory plan
- Maintain data relative to partners, accounts, and activities; document customer interactions
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for increased sales effectiveness
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the competitive landscape
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of the company's relationship with them
- Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales force to develop their skills and ensure high professional standards and monthly sales and KPI targets are met
- Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance reviews, rewards, and individual recognition
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
- Prepare reporting as needed
