About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as an IT Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Monitor, maintain, and support LAN/WAN infrastructure to ensure network availability and reliability
• Ensure regular maintenance of all IT systems and assets, including documentation, updates, patches, and system optimization
• Develop, maintain, and update the organization's website and email accounts to ensure optimal functionality, user experience, and security
• Assist with planning and implementing IT-related projects, upgrades, and innovations

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc. or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, enterprise applications, cloud services, and ERP systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Higher degree qualification
• Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, or MCSA
