## Title: IT Officer

Job Summary

The IT Officer will provide technical support, maintain banking applications, oversee system security, and support digital infrastructure for optimal operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage core banking applications and troubleshoot system issues
Maintain network connectivity and user accounts
Ensure data backups, cybersecurity compliance, and IT documentation
Support digital banking channels and hardware maintenance
Liaise with vendors for system updates and repairs

Requirements

HND or B.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1 – 3 years experience in IT support (financial services preferred)
Familiarity with core banking software, networking, and system administration

Required Skills

Strong problem-solving abilities
Good communication skills
Knowledge of IT security
Ability to work under pressure
