IT Executive / Graphic Designer at The Label Store

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to fill a combined IT and graphic design position.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all IT and network systems across branches
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and internet connectivity
• Ensure data security, backup, and system integrity
• Design engaging visual content for social media, flyers, banners, and other marketing materials
• Update the company's website and e-commerce platforms with relevant images and graphics
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and brand assets
• Monitor and ensure functionality of POS systems, CCTV, and other digital tools
• Support digital marketing initiatives and online advertising campaigns
• Maintain an organized database and documentation of IT and creative assets

Qualifications & Experience

• OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• Proven experience in IT support, systems maintenance, and graphic design
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
• Familiarity with website management, social media, and e-commerce platforms
