About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this IT End User Support role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for end users
  • Install and troubleshoot computer hardware and software
  • Support LAN and WLAN network installations
  • Maintain computer networking infrastructure

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of computer hardware and software installation and troubleshooting
  • 1-2 years of experience in LAN, WLAN installation, and computer networking
  • OND qualification (required)
  • Not more than 30 years of age
