Investment Banking Associate (Corporate Advisory)

Role Overview

A leading financial services firm is seeking a highly driven Investment Banking Associate to support and execute high-impact corporate advisory mandates. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong deal experience and the ability to run transactions with minimal supervision.

Note: This position is strictly for experienced investment banking professionals. Candidates must have a minimum of 6 years of hands-on investment banking or corporate finance experience, including direct involvement in executed and closed transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support M&A, capital raising, valuations, and corporate restructuring transactions
• Prepare investment memos, financial models, pitch books, and board-level presentations
• Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and market/industry research
• Manage client relationships and coordinate transaction workstreams
• Support senior bankers in deal origination and execution

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Proven track record in executing closed transactions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• ACA, CFA, or relevant postgraduate qualification (advantageous)
