Role Overview
- Our client is seeking a sharp and driven Investment Banking Analyst to support high-impact transactions across capital raising, advisory, and strategic finance.
- This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deal-oriented environment and wants accelerated exposure to top-tier financial transactions.
- Build and analyze complex financial models (valuation, projections, scenario analysis)
- Prepare pitch decks, investment memoranda, and transaction documentation
- Conduct financial, market, and industry research to support deals
- Support due diligence, deal execution, and client engagements
- Work closely with senior bankers on live transactions.
- 2+ years’ experience in investment banking.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Solid understanding of corporate finance and capital markets
- High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and execution mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Salary: N700,000 monthly.
