About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our Lagos team as an Inventory Officer. You will be responsible for managing inventory operations and ensuring optimal stock levels across our production facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Record accurate inventory values in real time
• Control and maintain adequate inventory levels
• Oversee the arrangement of goods in an orderly and organized manner
• Supervise the offloading of inventory by suppliers
• Crosscheck the accuracy of purchase orders supplied
• Create accurate stock transfers where necessary
• Maintain proper records and documentation, including receipts and invoices
• Work with procurement managers in preparing purchase orders
• Ensure each production facility maintains sufficient inventory levels

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree qualification
• Must reside in Lagos
• Sound knowledge of procurement processes and stock management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

Work Arrangements

This is an office-based position requiring 23 days per month on-site.
